Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products

Since our store primarily offers personalized or custom-made products , these are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
A return or refund of these items is therefore not possible , as they are specially manufactured according to your specifications.

Therefore, please check your details (e.g. names, colors, dimensions, photos, texts) carefully before completing your order.

Returns of non-personalized products

If, in exceptional cases, you have ordered a non-personalized product , the following applies:

Return period

You have the right to return non-personalized items within 30 days .

Return policy

The article must:

  • be unused,
  • are in their original condition
  • must be returned in the original packaging.

Items excluded from the right of return

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • personalized / custom-made items
  • digital downloads (e.g. software, e-books)
  • Gift vouchers
  • opened hygiene or health products

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account,
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Please contact your bank (processing times may vary).

If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase price upon return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who purchased the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs already paid will not be taken into account in refunds.
  • For returns over €75, shipping with tracking is recommended.
